Is it just me or does Toronto have 5 million food festivals happening this month!?
I haven't had the chance to go to Taste of Danforth or Taste of Lawerence this year because I have been busy with work and school BUT atleast I went to Ribfest today :) YIIPPEPEE!!!!
The line-up for every booth that sold ribs were LONG. I waited 30-45 minutes for my order. ='( I tried out the "Crazy Canucks" chicken and ribs combo and a raspberry/strawberry snow cone! The chicken didn't taste that great because it was a bit dry and over cooked/BURNT. The ribs were amazingggggg though, gotta give credits to those sauce they make. The meat was so tender that it was so easy to peel off with my teeth AND surprisingly, the meat didn't get stuck in between my teeth, don't know why LOL.
Happy Sunday!
It takes some skills to cook some finger lickin' ribs I tell ya. |
Chilling with my snow cone on a very hot and humid summer day. |
They look as good as it tastes. The meat was TENDER. |
